By using ForkBoard (forkboard.io), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

ForkBoard is a platform for creating, sharing, and discovering AI deployment blueprints ("cards"). Users can generate blueprints via an AI interview, fork and adapt existing blueprints, and upvote community content.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use ForkBoard.

3. User Content

Public cards: By publishing a card as public, you grant ForkBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and create derivative works (forks) of your card. Other users may fork your public cards under the same terms.

Private cards: Private cards (Pro tier) remain visible only to you. We encrypt private card data at rest.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for the content of your cards. Do not publish content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

Blueprints generated by our AI are provided as-is. They are starting points, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated blueprint before implementing it in your business.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts can create up to 5 cards per day.
• Paid tiers (Pro, Studio, API) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial resale
• Abuse the AI generation to produce harmful or misleading content
• Manipulate voting or engagement metrics

7. Intellectual Property

ForkBoard's code, design, branding, and original content are owned by ForkBoard. The JBOT scoring methodology and ConductorPlan schema are proprietary. Tool logos and names belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

ForkBoard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business losses from implementing AI-generated blueprints.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@forkboard.io.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
